I allude to HAARP, its a project that goes under the cover of being an harmless experimental station but is hardly harmless. I little back ground on the science behind it. HAARP in its early stages was developed to be a so-called space shield, the patents that were used to build HAARP were developed by Bernard Eastlund and his patents were based directly upon several of Nikola Tesla's patented devices. By Bernard Eastlunds own description the device can "destroy incoming missles, effect weather pattterns, knock out communication at targeted locations, emit any frequency and focus that energy which is 1 biliion giga watts into the Ionisphere effectly heating and lifting and or tilting same and focusing that energy to any location on the globe.
A little geography lesson is in order here, the tectonic plates are excitable with low frequency or ELF signals, when you direct ELF to a known fault zone you can trigger the tectonic plates to vibrate or what Tesla called Resonant Frequency which if continued over a period of time could trigger an earth quake. I geologist looking for oil and gas using a 30 watt frequency generator caused a minor butt non the less disruption at small fault zone.
You need to research this project, as it went from ARCO corp, to E- SYSTEMS a known defense contractor with many black budget project's including HAARP that is gets a wopping 30 million a year and that what the GSA reports.
Bernard Eastlund after his public exposure of what his invention could do has been discredited by the govt. They claim what they built in Alaska is not what Bernard Eastlunds patents were slated for..\

One need only research any of Nikola Tesla's Colorado Springs Experimental Station notes, then his building the largest Tesla coil ever to erected on Shoreham Long Island called Warenclyffe the tower was to be the first of many such towers that Tesla hoped to build. They secured the site and before it was destroyed a contingent of physicists, scientists, specialist in the budding fields of electronics explored the this new tower and what they found astounded them.
Just has Tesla had found when he focussed his large Tesla Coil combined with his Magnifying Transformer which stepped up the power emitted by the numerous globes that crowned the towers top he was able to create induced Aroura Borealliis in the sky above his tower.
