       I find it fascinating, it’s about a mind body connection and enhancing an individuals ability to maintain order and peace by the physical manipulation and reversal of negative energy.  In this sense i find it most spiritual – change by action not just words.

      Nd martial arts isn’t about fighting as much as it is abut not getting beat and stopping others from being beat.
