In the first half, Steve Kohn and Gary Null discuss the shocking revelation in the New York Times that the FDA not only illegally spied on whistleblowers, but the FDA also posted over 80,000 documents they stole on a public server accessible on Google. The FDA began its illegal surveillance program because a group of FDA doctors and scientists raised serious health and safety concerns with breast cancer and colon cancer screening devices.
