Alyssa Royse is the founder of Not So Secret, a site dedicated to women’s sexuality, and a popular public speaker about all aspects of human sexuality, including recent talks at TEDx and Slut Walk. An anthropologist and playwright by training, her love of telling stories and understanding of how people organize themselves are a natural partner with her love of all things sexual. Although her All-American wholesomeness have led some to call her “The Martha Stewart Of Sex,” Alyssa is a fixture in the sex-positive community. The creator of the now defunct Just Cause Magazine, Fast Company once called her one of the top 50 Entrepreneurs in America. But Alyssa mostly wants to hang out at home with her boyfriend, their three daughters, 8 chickens, 50,000 bees, 2 cats and a dog. Except, of course, when she’s trying to lead the next sexual revolution with her colleagues, or heading to Burning Man.  As open minded as she is, Alyssa considers herself mostly straight and monogamous, though having a gay father opened her mind to the full spectrum of human sexuality from a very young age. Alyssa remains an active public speaker about all aspects of human sexuality.
