Discussion focused on two days of Israeli aggression against Syria. Attacking a nonthreatening nation violates core international law principles.
Israel’s attacks were lawless. They’re clear provocations. They appear designed to get Syria to retaliate. Doing so would give Washington-led NATO pretext to intervene.
Pentagon plans were prepared long ago. Israel has its own. It remains to be seen what follows.
