David talks with Terry Michael, a gay man and journalist, about Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, known as PrEP. People at-so-called-risk for HIV infection, mainly gay men and black men and women, are supposed to take these toxic medications for life. This has a lot of problems, including the fact that not many healthy people are interested in taking drugs, especially if they know that organ failure is a side effect.
