YOU’LL NEED TO GET ONE FROM YOUR CHOSEN LATIN COUNTRY. NORMALLY NOT A PROBLEM. BUT WHAT IF SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE YOU END UP WITH A STAIN ON THAT POLICE RECORD(LIKE A DUI)? WHAT THEN?
