Ben Hewitt lives with is family in Cabot Vermont where they purchased an over-grazed pasture and neglected woodlot into a thriving homestead, producing nutrient dense food with permaculture design and relying on wildcrafting and regenerative agriculture. The property is powered by windmill and solar panels. The Hewitts currently produce over 90% of their food needs and consult on homestead scale production and planning. He is the founder of The Reskilling School which offers workshops on traditional land methods and skills.
