My name is Lauren Pope Forbes. I am a 56 year old woman. I take care of myself by eating a mainly plant-based diet with some occasional fish, and plenty of fruits and veggies. I also exercise regularly 3-4 times per week at the gym (which usually includes Yoga, Strength Training and Zumba), and 1-2 days of walking to get fresh air and Vitamin D. I meditate for 20 minutes each morning and I make a green smoothie on most days. This is all part of my morning routine. Last but certainly NOT least, I listen to the Gary Null Show so that I can share what I’ve learned with my clients because I am a certified Health Coach. I’ve learned that by helping others to get healthy, I am helping myself to stay on track too. My mission is to help women to create daily healthy routines, so that they can concentrate on everything else they want to do in their lives.

I am now a vegan because I followed your protocol.
I have been listening to you for years I have also volunteered at wbai station to help out.
My whole life has changed because of the change I have made in my life.

You were letting us know what happens in the meat plants. while the meat hangs in those factories that was enough for me.
I dont eat any meat and now no salmon after listening and watching the fish video.

My name is Mike. I am 63 years old of Ecuadorian decent. I was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador and was raised in NYC. I just retired from the very stressful NYC IT field. A field I’ve been in for over 40 years. It became a daily horror show of personal attacks and pressure to perform from
my managers. I developed panic attacks and extreme anxiety from this stress. When I turned 62 I decided to retire and work for myself now.
It was the best thing I ever did. Just distancing myself from the corporate world ended the anxiety attacks and lack of sleep. My singing voice returned ( I am a professional musician), my speech difficulties disappeared. I had major tightness in my vocal chords as a result of the years of stress. There’s a name for that condition. Shania Twain had it as well.
I’ve always been a runner and gym rat, so my physical condition has always been excellent. My wife got me into yoga and we do it twice a week. When I was 9 my father almost died of a duodenal ulcer hemorrhage.Our dr told my mom to cook healthy from then on, no fried foods, no red meat, a lot of veggies, fruits, etc… So I;ve been eating healthy since I was 9. My friends tell me I look like I”m in my 40’s. I think that’s a major factor.
My wife and I juice daily. We make beet, apple, ginger, lemon, and carrot juice. I make green apple, ginger, and lemon juice for her, since Gary Null said this is good for asthma. She has bad asthma. We notice very strong ginger tea reduces her symptoms magically. We drink a lot of it. Really works. We don’t eat red meat, a lot of salads and fruits and a lot of nuts and seeds. We love it.
