Since its inception Cubraiti, Inc. has partnered with numerous arts, educational and cultural organizations creating Cultural –arts, dance curriculums.
Rosse T. Saint Louis has researched oral histories and sacred African Diaspora dance traditions throughout the Americas. She received a Masters Degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in Comparative Education and Anthropology. She has traveled to Cuba, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Haiti, Africa and Dominican Republic choreographing, directing, lecturing, researching and performing. She is the recipient of the Teacher’s College, Office of the President, Diversity and Community Award and a New School Multicultural Diversity Award and is a Fulbright Fellow. She performed at the International Fulbright Alumni committee in Brasilia, Brazil and at the International Black Heritage Festival in Lagos, Nigeria Africa.

Dr. Rieder obtained a medical degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. She obtained her pediatric internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. At the completion of her residency she served an additional year as a Chief Resident at Montefiore Medical Center. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in adolescent medicine at Montefiore and subsequently earned a master’s degree in Clinical Research from Albert Einstein college of Medicine. She obtained NIH funding to complete her fellowship and Clinical Research Masters work.
Dr. Rieder joined the faculty of the Department of Pediatrics at Montefiore and Albert Einstein in 2001. Her work has focused on understanding the nature and diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome in adolescent girls and in designing a multi-disciplinary adolescent-focused obesity management program. She founded the Bronx Nutrition and Fitness Initiative for Teens (B’NFit) program in 2005 and has been studying the program effectiveness in terms of program implementation, feasibility and outcomes related to changes in BMI and lifestyle behaviors.
In 1975, Randy Porubcan received his Masters Degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Since then, he has worked in food and agriculture microbiology for over 30 years. Mr. Porubcan has designed and built fermentation facilities around the world, conducting business in over 30 countries, and has authoring numerous publications and patents.
In 2002, Mr. Porubcan founded Master Supplements, Incorporated. The corporation’s mission is to research naturally occurring, symbiotic, probiotic micro-organisms and bioactive prebiotics and develop high potency nutraceutical products based on this research.
